DanceOne is one of the most influential forces in the dance world, home to the industry’s most recognized choreographers, judges, and touring talent with a huge Gen Z audience and a high-volume content demand. I was brought in to rebuild their multi-city content system and create work that felt fast, modern, and culturally aligned with TikTok dance culture.

A new content strategy built around choreography trends, backstage fashion, and TikTok-style storytelling
SOPs and capture playbooks for multi-city events
A cross-functional workflow for producers, editors, operators, and event staff

Supported capture teams across multiple stages and daily schedules
Coordinated with editors to ensure timely delivery for TikTok, IG, YouTube, and sponsor requests
Helped keep creative direction aligned across marketing, producers, editors, and event leads
Played a hands-on role in studio shoots, backstage storytelling, and fashion-driven content
